Hello and welcome. There are many reasons why you may be thinking about therapy. For example you may wish to talk about feeling anxious, depressed or a relationship that is not working. Perhaps you feel unhappy at work, overwhelmed by guilt and self criticism, or just feel that there is something missing in your life.
Therapy is a confidential space where you can talk about and consider what is happening for you. Importantly, it can also nurture your creativity and imagination.
